An Eleventh Horn Rising After The Ten Represents A Young World Power

Note: I was listening, on a text-to-speech reader app, to “It Is Our Prayers” the compilation which I’ve renamed “Roadmap to 2026” and am now placing on the blog as a six-part series. Anyway, when the reader app came to the part where it said: MAY 19, 2024 An Endtime Update: MEETING BETWEEN PUTIN AND XI…, the automated reader didn’t say “Xi” It said “eleven”, as if reading XI as a Roman numeral… Immediately my attention was drawn to the scripture in Daniel 7 where he talks about the little horn coming out of the ten horns and becoming the eleventh. Maybe it isn’t anything at all, but I decided to investigate further. I’d already read what the Endtime prophet has said about the 11th Kingdom…but as we are discovering, the Scripture and the MO Letters are revealing more and more secrets in these days of the very end. We’ve at times called them time-release capsules that Jesus is opening to those who, as this Key promise says, are His intimates. “The Keys of revelation will part the veil between your world and Mine, and in our times of intimate communion, I will reveal to you My secrets.”

Prophecy: Xi fits the description in Revelation 13 of the beast that has two horns like a lamb. He is not what he tries to portray to the world. Xi is a lizard waiting for the fly to come into range of his sticky, lying tongue. Once on that tongue, the fly cannot get off. Use your prayers to keep him in his place. China is leading the world in Mark of the Beast technology. In fact, China is leading in most things… but Xi will promote the first beast while it is in his best interests, but mark My Word, the world cannot afford for this man, Xi, to reach the very top. Putin is the son of perdition, and Xi is the devouring Mongol horde. This duo must be controlled by your prayers. Study My loves; study My already written, recorded Word and through your gift of prophecy, connect the dots. In connecting the dots, you will be in the perfect position to pray proactive prayers. I have told you many times that you begin this charge. You are in the war room with Me. You must lean in closer if you can’t quite hear My whispers. I have the Endgame plan. It is up to you to listen, record and put My plan into action through your prayers.”(End)
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. :12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
July 17, 2024…Prophecy: What your father David once surmised, I now confirm: Communism is the beast whose deadly wound was healed. This is what I speak of in these verses. Putin is the figurehead that the world needs to see. He will be hailed as the greatest leader this world has ever seen, greater than all those that came before him, and he will go into perdition– possessed by Satan for the final hour. Xi is he that has two horns like a lamb. He is not the dragon, but speaks as a dragon. These two are one, as My Father and I are one. They speak as one beast; Xi plays the supporting role, but beware, as the prophecy says, his heart is like the dragon himself, and he secretly wishes to usurp the throne. These two now share the power that is of this world. The stage is set and as the prophecy said, the master puppeteer is simply making the final adjustments on the board of play.
You, as My prophets of the End, are also set in place. You will play your part in accordance with how prepared you are when 2025 rolls around. Do not analyze these words that you see coming into your heart and mind but know that it is the Keys that will work through you in those soon-coming days. Your portion is to do all that you can do to make them a part of your very nature. These are the last months of preparation before the final run to the finish line begins. Once the race has begun, your only sustenance will come from the Keys that are running through your very being. It is up to you now, right now, to press in and gain the advantage that you are going to need when the starting gun is fired. Believe that the Keys have activated the flow of My Words and the flow will not stop through those that have made themselves the conduits I need to pour through.
Russia and China are cementing their alliance as America plays Hollywood. The eleventh beast prefers to work in the shadows, setting the stage for the last and final act. For the American, life is like going to the movies. You buy your ticket and you watch the show. You pleasure yourself and then you go home and continue living in the suburban bubble where the outside world rarely touches you, and if it does, it is nothing more than the movie you just watched –entertainment, images that go no deeper than the carnal mind. Once the movie is over, they switch off the television and are back in their little tiny world called “house.” The news is just another movie to these ones. Whilst America and the decadent West live their lives, the Medes and Persians are making their way under the plastic and tinsel wall. Stay in your caves, My loves, for you are in preparation to play a role in the final act. Keep sending out your warning. It will be too late for many, but these Words that I give you will play an important and at times vital part in the lives of those that receive them. Your words will be as the writing on the wall; it will cause them to take heed and escape the wrath to come.
The whore has deadened the minds and hearts of millions and millions around the world; it is not just in America where the “American dream” is lived. You will find the American-minded in every country in the world. The Communists teach that religion is an opiate, and of course system religion is an opiate, but the whorish me-first way of living is also an opiate. And the latter has been ingested by the entire world, even the Communists, and in some cases these are the worse afflicted. This is not a popular time in history to be a prophet of Mine, that is why I have put so much power into your hands, but you must call on My power and the power of the Keys that I have put in your hands in order for you to do the outstanding miracles required during this last act. The last act will be played out in earnest. It is not a Hollywood reality show. There are real swords out there and very desperate-to-get-it-right people. Millions, nay, trillions of dollars and millions of lives have been sacrificed by the god of this world in his attempt to rule as supreme leader.
Pray for your blog site, for every blog and podcast that goes out is, in some form or another, an expose of the Devil’s corrupt and soon-to-fall kingdom. In time, I will allow it to be seen by others. This must be done in order that the Word spread. As world conditions worsen and My hungry sheep seek more desperately for sustenance, I will allow them to find the green pastures of David, and as prophesied, the Words of David will become the leader and commander of the people. For now, be faithful to your calling to get out My Living Word and to hone the vitally important spiritual gifts and weapons that I have placed in your hands. You need not fear; the miracles are coming. They are somewhat hidden at present, mostly known only to you within the band, but in time, My faithful of the End will be called forth to perform great miracles in open sight of the Beast.
VISION: “I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn , before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.” (Daniel 7:8)…Daniel now begins to question the angelic messenger who brought him this revelation.

DANIEL QUESTIONS: “I (Daniel) would know the truth of the fourth beast…and of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things.” (Daniel 7:19,20)
ANGEL REPLIES: “The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth… and the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise… and another shall rise after them…and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the most High.” (Daniel 7:23-25a) We’ve already showed you that the fourth beast was Rome. THESE 10 HORNS THAT COME “OUT OF” THAT BEAST ARE A LITERAL REVIVAL OR CONTINUATION OF THE OLD ROMAN EMPIRE after the passage of some time. They give a little more detail about the final 10 united nations of the Antichrist than was given in the 10 toes of the Daniel 2. We are told here that ANOTHER, AN ELEVENTH HORN, RISES UP AMONGST THE 10 AND OVERTHROWS 3 OF THEM, thereby evidently gaining power over all of them.
Prophecy: This overthrowing can be seen in the economic conquest by China over the other nations of the world.

OVERTHROWING 3 COUNTRIES IS JUST ABOUT ALL IT WOULD TAKE FOR A CERTAIN WORLD POWER TODAY TO TAKE DOMINION. These 3 are the U.S., Great Britain, and West Germany. They are really the only strongholds of anti-communist resistance left. In actual fact, Germany is already overthrown, Great Britain has become socialistic, and the U.S. is about the only one left; so it’s evident that we haven’t much time to go before the Antichrist appears on the scene.
AN ELEVENTH HORN RISING AFTER THE 10 REPRESENTS A YOUNG WORLD POWER , obviously the communist empire of today which came to power in 1917 in Russia, and is now in control of most of the world!
Prophecy: The most visible sign of the fall of the Communist empire was the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. This is the deadly wound that was later to be healed. The resurrected Communist beast then came up out of the ten, who of course had played a very real part in the fall of communism. That is why My Word says it rises up amongst the 10; the elites have been nurturing the beast since before infancy. The figurehead, just a man, is seen in the seemingly, out-of-nowhere rise to power of Vladimir Putin. So by using the political and financial power of the 10, the international elite puppets healed the deadly wound. The uniting of Europe to establish the Euro was but for a time and specific purpose.
Question: The MO letter quote stated that the Communist beast “is now in control of most of the world”. But that MO letter was published in 1986, before the fall of Communism. If the Communist beast was already controlling most of the world in 1986, why then did it need to be taken down? Answer: There are many reasons, but perhaps the greatest is that Communism needed a facelift. It was too rigid, too hardline. The revolution began with violent repression, and it continued in the same vein right up to the fall of the wall in 1989. To win the whole world though, a different approach was needed; Perestroika and glasnost…restructuring and openness. Take down the old and bring in the new. The Communists changed color yet remained red on the inside; it’s like the radish in reverse. Today there are many in the West who no longer see Russia as a threat to their selfish little world. And as for the Mongol horde, well they bring cheap trinkets onto the market in a fashion that feeds the lusts and desires of the greedy, never-satisfied shopper. Of course little to no thought is given to the fact that the planet itself is being fed into the fires of communism. (End)
Prophecy, Jesus speaking: As the times of this world tick forward, even so do the wheels of My judgments. They steadily move forward, and My plan is rolling steadily forward. This is just a symbolic gesture showing how dangerous the world has become, but they have no idea just how prophetic it is. Midnight is almost here. It is late in the day; the clock’s hand has passed the ninth and tenth hour and is in the eleventh.
The second hand ticks–can you hear it? Can you hear the signs of the times? Can you hear each tick with each new step that man takes towards the final government? Can you hear the tones of the clock? If not, you’d better start listening, because pretty soon that hand will strike 12 and the bells will toll, and great will be the darkness of that night! But the happy ending is that once it hits 12, the hand speeds up and the dawn comes quickly. Be faithful, My dear ones. Hold that fast which thou hast, that no men take thy crown.

Note: I went to have a look at the End mag that was quoted above. (END #6 1998) As I scrolled down, I happened upon two articles about China. The titles were “Despite party rigidity, freedom grows in China” and “Get a job” They confirmed that at that time, China was following Russia in relaxing its rigid and hardline stance and instead heading towards the “economic repression” described in the above prophecies and that we see playing out today.

The “eyes like a man” and “a mouth speaking great things” show that THE ULTIMATE FULFILMENT OF THIS LITTLE HORN WILL BE PERSONIFIED IN AN INDIVIDUAL–THE ANTICHRIST or beast as he is called in Revelation 13:3-7. “All the world wondered after the beast… And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies.” (Revelation 13:3,5)
COMMUNISM IS AN OFFICIALLY ATHEISTIC WORLD POWER that does not believe in anything spiritual and that believes, according to its own doctrine, in the wiping out of all “superstitious” ideology which is contrary to “scientific” Marxist doctrine–in other words, “speaking great words against the most High.”
Prophecy: You see how readily Putin has embraced the Chinese way of technology in order to control the masses? It’s still repression, just a non-violent means of repression; economic repression, the Mark of the Beast, achieved through the capitalist doctrine of private ownership…really just selfishness and desire for the things of this world.

DANIEL: “I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; until the Ancient of days came… and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.” (Daniel 7:21,22)
Prophecy: This beast’s violent and non-violent repression of the saints has been ongoing for many years. The violent repression made martyrs of the saints, and martyrs are the seed of the church, they bring church growth. The non-violent economic way succeeded in bringing on the Great Falling Away of 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
There you see the string of events; the falling away, the man of sin, and the beast’s doctrine of selfish living being worshipped in the hearts of those in the world, and to be a part of the world you’re required to take the mark, the number, the seal of the god of this world, making you not only in the world but of the world. It is not the personified beast that is in the temple of God, but the spirit of the beastly system, a system which the Great Whore set loose on the world many years ago, and which Communism has now used to achieve world dominance.

ANGEL REPLIES: The little horn “shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of times.” (Daniel 7.25) “But judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.” (Daniel 7.26)
Prophecy: Consumerism is already consuming and destroying itself; but when Jesus returns, He is going to destroy the beast and its figurine in fire. Into the fire they go.

Here we see that THE ANTICHRIST WILL MAKE WAR AND OVERCOME OR “PREVAIL AGAINST” THE SAINTS–UNTIL THE ANCIENT OF DAYS COMES. This shows us that the Coming of Christ is after the Antichrist reign.
“THE COMING OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST… SHALL NOT COME EXCEPT THERE COME A GREAT FALLING AWAY FIRST (from Christianity), and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (“perdition” here in the Greek means “devil”–the son of the Devil–the Antichrist)… Whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His Coming.” (2Thessalonians 2:1-8)
In his predictions of these ten Endtime kingdoms, the Prophet Daniel said A LITTLE HORN, OR ELEVENTH HORN, RISING AFTER THE TEN HORNS, WILL PLUCK UP THREE OF THEM BY THE ROOTS, THUS TAKING ALL OF THEM OVER. (See our class “Daniel 7”, No.346.)
THE CONQUEST OF THE THREE HORNS OR KINGDOMS DOESN’T MEAN THEY NO LONGER EXIST AS SEPARATE KINGDOMS, THOUGH. The Communists have been very good at letting conquered countries retain quite a bit of autonomy–so one of these three horns could be the U.S.A., as it is the chief resister to the Red Beast and the Communist world domination. The other two may be Britain and West Germany.
After the conquest of these three horns and the establishing of Communist governments within their countries, they could indeed, as it says here in the next verse, “GIVE their power and strength unto the Beast” (17:13), UNITING WITH THE BEAST TO FORM THE NUCLEUS OF THE ANTICHRIST KINGDOM. Whoever these ten kingdoms are, though, will become clearer within the next few years.
THE 11TH HORN–COMMUNIST RUSSIA!– Daniel 7: 8b & 9a
118. YOU SAID YOU WANTED THE DETAILS, I’M GIVING YOU THE DETAILS! WE’RE TALKING ABOUT THE 11TH HORN, the Little Horn that arises after all the other ten. The Communist Government of Russia is the newest actual power of all the powers in Europe. You say, “Oh well, now wait a minute, Dad, there have been several Reichs, several different governments of Germany, & there’ve been a whole bunch of different Prime Ministers in England & different Presidents of France, what are you talking about?”–Yes, but they’re all the same kind of government, they’re all the same countries, the same powers.
119. COMMUNIST RUSSIA IS A WHOLE NEW KETTLE OF FISH, A WHOLE NEW POWER! It is not the old Czarist Russia it used to be, it is today a Communist country & the first of its kind in the World & the first of its kind in Europe, it is the 11th Horn that is rising, has risen now for nearly 70 years, & is about to overthrow the other three! There it is, the 11th Horn!
120. BUT THIS HORN IS PECULIAR, VERY STRANGE! Shall we read it? I don’t know whether we emphasised this enough last time, the last of the 8th Verse: “And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, & a mouth speaking great things!” The others were indefinable countries, powers, governments, nations, but this horn has something very special, a very special man, a very special human personality who is its leader above all. And he speaks very great things, different things, trying to change times, seasons, all kinds of things.
121. LOOK WHAT THE COMMUNISTS HAVE CHANGED! The Communists have literally changed the World! They have changed the course of history!–Not only the course of Europe, but they have literally changed ideas of government, ideas of economy, economics. It’s a whole new idea of government & the economy & the social framework for literally the first time in history! It’s very new & eventually it’s going to be very personalised by a very great leader speaking great things, a certain man, the Antichrist! (More on Daniel 7! [#2174] -1985-)
Conclusion: The “Little Horn” is not a man per se. The man, the AC as we call him, is as David said many years ago, a personification, a figurehead, a figurine, an idol that the world will follow, much like they follow a Hollywood idol. But the figurehead is not the Little Horn; Communism is. The Little Horn is a beast; it is a kingdom, the eleventh kingdom. The other ten horns are kingdoms; Germany, France Italy, England could be classed as kingdoms, but Europe could also be classified as a kingdom too. The presidents and prime ministers come and go, but the beasts live on or are amalgamated into one, as what happens when a world empire is formed.
And that is what we are seeing right now, the superpower America has lost its mind, gone nutty, which is personified in its figurehead Biden. Who follows Biden? Either the “showman” Trump…(America has become a comedy)…or perhaps the Prophet William Branham’s prediction will come to pass and a female President will take the rotten ship of the US over the Niagara Falls to its doom; I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
But don’t be waiting like a fool in that cinema, because the real show is not in America but in Russia. Russia and China with the support of the BRICS nations have formed an alliance. They have come out of, or been created by, the three (who were always elite controlled) and are now the eleventh and final world empire, the Little Horn.
Satan is the actual king; he has been manipulating politicians for thousands of years. He manipulates them because they are easily to manipulate, but they are also the apparatus he uses to control the masses. Satan needs slaves and resources to build his counterfeit kingdom, just as he used his prototype AC politician Pharaoh to force the Children of Israel to build the treasure cities of ancient Egypt. Politicians are greedy self-centered tools; they are as antichrist as Satan himself. Satan has had time on his side; man doesn’t. Man has to grab what he can out of life in the short few years that are granted him. Some do it for money; some do it for power and glory. Many do it for all three, but all are nothing but marked-and-numbered slaves kept in darkness. They think they are living their own lives, but in fact the world is one big slave labor camp with everyone building an empire for their usurper lord.
Perhaps you’d already realized all of that, but for me it was a revelation of sorts. It shows how little I was reading the MO letters –reading as in hearing them. For one reason or another I’d always looked at the Little Horn as a man…but it isn’t, you see. It is a kingdom, a beast. And in case of the Final World Government, the Beast is Communism, the eleventh and final beast, that for all intent and purpose has already risen out of the sea. (Revelation 13:1) So with that concept in mind, it is easy to see that Xi is the eleventh, or more accurately described as a very big part or joint heir of the eleventh. With this understanding, the last part of Revelation 13 comes into focus. And I would certainly say that it is no coincidence that the description of Xi’s China begins in verse 11.
