Jesus talking with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden

The Vegetation, the Plants and Trees, Were Beautiful. The Dominant Color Was Green but the Flowers Were So Many Different Colors.

Jesus speaking in prophecy: The trees were majestic, and there weren’t so many that they blocked out the light from the sun. The sun didn’t shine directly but was partially blocked and filtered. You couldn’t tell where the light was coming from; it was just there and everywhere. The fruit trees weren’t very high, so the fruit was easy to pick and eat, and there were many more kinds than there are now. Some of the fruit was like bread that filled you up and gave you more energy than the fruit you have today.

There were large types of fruit that were delicious juices, already prepared to drink, and had casings that served as cups. There were also “fruits” that were high in protein and tasted like meat but didn’t need to be cooked. Nothing needed to be cooked, and since it was never cold, even at night, a fire wasn’t needed for anything. When it got dark, you would go to sleep, and you would wake up when the light appeared again.

Since the length of the days and nights didn’t vary, the nights were just long enough to get all the sleep you needed, so you didn’t need a source of light, like a lantern. Since you didn’t need clothes, you didn’t need to wash them, and when you needed to get cleaned up, you just took a dip in a pond or lake. There were no dangerous animals, as the animals didn’t hunt and eat each other.

The animals could communicate with each other and with the two people by non-verbal communication, which you would call mental telepathy, but it wasn’t their minds that did it. They not only communicated ideas but also feelings and emotions, and of course, that also included the two people. The birds were so pleasant to be around. There were many kinds, and their songs were so joyful and full of praise that they lifted the spirits of all the other animals. There also were no bothersome or dangerous insects. The bees didn’t sting, and they were happy to share their honey. There was no sicknesses or death. Adam and Eve not only talked with Me and the animals but also with angels, as they could see them.

John: What did Adam and Eve do with all the time they had?

Jesus: Why don’t you ask Adam?

Adam: I had the job of naming the animals, and I consulted with them, asking them what they thought of some ideas I had for their names. Eve and I got along very well, and even though it was my responsibility to name the animals, she helped me too. It was a lot of fun. The animals started to call each other by their names. For many animals, we couldn’t distinguish the males from the females, so the names helped a lot with that. Sometimes the male and female of one type of animal had fun switching their names and would laugh when we didn’t realize what they were doing.

The birds especially liked to do that, although many times the male and female birds have a different appearance, so we couldn’t be fooled, and they couldn’t figure out how we knew unless, of course, they both looked into a body of water at the same time and could see their reflection. We liked to go into the water and play, as kids often do. At first, we didn’t go where it was deep because we didn’t know how to swim. But when Jesus saw that, He taught us how to swim, and we had even more fun in the water after that.

Sometimes we rode on the backs of animals that were the appropriate size, and once we were used to riding on their backs, Eve and I would have races, and the animals would have fun doing that too. We never fell off, as we got very good at it. Life in the garden was great and so much fun, but after we had to leave, it was so different. When we were in the garden, we were like children that spent most of their time playing, but when we had to leave, we were thrust into adulthood with a lot of responsibility and hard work. Although it was difficult, we learned a lot, and for sure, the biggest lesson was that it pays to obey (PDF)!
