Lessons From Young Disciples

(Jesus:) You’re simply not using these keys that I’ve given you enough to make the impossibility of overcoming and conquering your pride a possibility. Not even Lucifer in all his glory could conquer his pride in his own strength and power, and in the end it overcame him –what about you, a mere human being. But you have something that Satan refused to avail himself of, and that is Me and My power and strength and that of the Keys which are an embodiment of Me and possess all My strength and power within them. There is a key for every battle you face; you just have to search it out. Ask Me to reveal it to you and then take that key or keys –sometimes more than one is necessary– and keep claiming them until you see the victory. The Keys will work for you, but you have to put them to the test. You have to put your faith in them and do your part, because if you don’t, they hold no power. The keys will not work against your majesty of choice. They will not force you to make the right decisions. They can empower you and give you the strength to make the right decisions, but you have to make the first step. They wait for you.

(Spirit helper:) We want to see you cross that finish line. The question is, do you? How much are you willing to give to accomplish that dream? Is it even a dream (vision, goal), or has it just become a dream (wish, fantasy, or pipedream) something that isn’t really obtainable. If it is only that to your mind, just an impossible dream, then you have to tear down that mind-set and grab ahold of the vision. Grab ahold of the Keys of faith and belief and start fighting for and striving towards that goal and destiny of being one of Jesus’s brides, one who will keep the flame burning until He returns, one who will stay close to the Bridegroom and keep on believing and obeying despite the personal cost and sacrifice, despite the lies of the enemy that seek to overwhelm and overcome you. Darling, please start obeying and living the Word; that’s the only way that you’re going to make it. It’s no use reading the Word and getting prophecy if you’re not even going to obey what the Word and those prophecies are telling you to do. Please start obeying today, because tomorrow will be too late. I love you and we all still have faith in you that if you’ll just be willing to do the hard things now, that you’ve been so unwilling to do, if you’ll just cry out to Jesus to help you see and grasp these spiritual lessons that He’s trying to teach you, if you’ll just face yourself, your weaknesses and all the things that are holding you back and be willing to put forth the effort to work on them, if you’ll just choose to fight, you will make it. Please, remember who you are. Remember what you stand to lose or gain. We want you to come back to us in victory, not in defeat –having fallen somewhere along the way. Deep down you want that too and if you could see things clearly, you wouldn’t even hesitate in making the right choices. But then it wouldn’t be a test that way.

Each day you choose My way over your own, you are allowing Me to pour My anointing on you. This is not an anointing I pour on once and you then you have it. No, the anointing I wish to give you for this Endtime will come on each of you slowly as you make the right decisions every day. For those who choose to follow their flesh and the ways of self, I cannot pour down My anointing on them, for even if I wanted to, their actions and choices stop Me. That’s why I am asking you, begging you, and pleading with you to choose My way above your own, to leave this flesh and all its desires behind, to let go of this carnal realm and dive deep into the spiritual world.

It is by your choices that you distance yourself from My world. Selfish choices, proud choices, lethargic choices –you know the things holding you back. It’s all those little, tiny insignificant choices that make a difference in your life.  All these little things that happen to you are tests, and as annoying and unimportant as they seem, they’re still tests, and you still get graded on them. Remember what I told you some time ago? Everything you go through is a test. There is nothing that happens to you just because of chance. Even if you make a wrong decision and you end up paying the price, that’s still a test, and all of us up here are looking down at you hoping you’ll make the right choices on your test.

Remember, what makes you a child of David is your obedience to the words of David. If you just read the Word and go along on your merry way, not putting into action anything that you heard, then you might as well not even have read it.

Your obedience sets you apart from the world. Your faith enables you to come out from among them. But if you’re not truly taking in the Word, then your faith is gonna be pretty weak. So get into the Word, let it go into your heart and change you, let it convict you, let it give you the drive you need to live for Me. Let it show you what areas you need to improve in, and then do your best to put that advice into practice. Let it open your heart to the light; let it bring some clarity to the dark corners and dark rooms. Let it expose yourself to yourself. And then yield to what it brings about in your life. For if you really have a desire to change, then I will bring trials and difficult things into your life to force you to change. Because that’s usually what it takes if you want to have lasting, proper change, some good ol’ pain to push you to do something you’d prefer not to do. So if you truly desire to be a better disciple, then expect the trials to come.
