Ezekiel 1:15 – The Generators of God’s Power

A possible alternative to the mainstream rendition of Ezekiel’s description of God’s flying saucer.

Ezekiel 1:4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire enfolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

:5 Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

:6 And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.

:7 And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

:8 And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.

:9 Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.

:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

:11 Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.

:12 And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went.

:13 As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

:14 And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

(So now the vision changes from the living creatures to a wheel with four faces)

Ezekiel 1:15 Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.

:16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the color of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

Note the wheels in verse 16; ‘and their work was the color of beryl’, let’s take a look on the internet of things. Beryl colors: green, red, blue, yellow etc. Now that’s interesting because that fortifies what I was reading from the Words of David. I was looking for the color blue because it is key to accepting the possibility that Ezekiel’s description might be something other than the Lord’s “spaceship”.

:17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.

Now it gets a bit confusing here; he is talking about wheels, but they don’t seem to be turning like you would expect a wheel to turn!?

:18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.

:19 And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.

It seems the living creatures are the protectors of these wheels.

:20 Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

Note that the spirit of the living creatures were in the wheels, not that the living creatures were in the wheels. It is like our spirits are part of God’s breath, without which we are but mud.

:21 When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

:22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. 

The firmament in this verse is not just above their heads, but it is stretched forth over their heads.

:23 And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

Now remember they had hands under their wings.

:24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

:25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

:26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

Sapphires are usually blue in color

:27 And I saw as the color of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

This verse reminds me of the description of Jesus in Revelation Chapter 1

:28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

Okay, now I’m going to read from the letter, “More on the Keys, What the Future Holds Part 3″

‘The Generators of the Power House of God’ 

3. (Vision, described by the channel:) I see a picture of a building. It’s going to be very hard to explain, but I’ll try. Jesus, please help me. I see a round wall, like an enclosure, and at the entrance is a girl’s form leaning at a 35-degree angle. There are girls on both sides of the entrance in similar poses. She’s leaning back against the wall as if she were a part of the wall, but still a unique identity. Her face is framed by a golden frame that keeps her hair out of her face, a very thin and very beautiful sort of headpiece and hairband. Her entire body is dark blue, which contrasts sharply but beautifully with her golden face/hairband.(More on the Keys! What the Future Holds, Part 3 [#3354])

Now the vision in Ezekiel was given to a prophet back in the days of ancient Israel. The Lord may have hidden some of the details from him because of the times he lived in. For example these creatures in girl’s form were perhaps a bit risqué for those days? Maybe Ezekiel didn’t see the women because it just was not fitting for that time and era?

“She’s leaning back against the wall as if she were a part of the wall.” What were they doing with their wings in Ezekiel’s vision?

Ezekiel 1:23 And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

4. Her pose is one of holding on to this wall, as if some great force from inside this enclosure threatens to detach her. One hand is placed on the inside of the wall, and the other is braced at a downward angle on the outside of the wall, as if she were holding herself in place. Her hair is held down behind her somehow. The wall is blue, just like her–the same color.

5. Within this enclosure is a bright source of light and power, similar to what I’ve seen in various “Star Trek” videos and movies, except that it’s not contained by any visible containment field; it’s in the open air. For the sake of description, I’ll call it a plasma stream.

Ezekiel 1:22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the color of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. 

The firmament in this verse is not just above their heads but it is stretched forth over their heads, which I guess you could call a plasma stream.

6. The plasma stream begins from a cone-shaped base in the floor, which is concave and sweeps down from the enclosing wall to this cone. The cone doesn’t have a top. The plasma shoots straight up in a gentle flow. As I follow it, I see that it’s supporting something–another cone-shaped object, made of the same material as the base wall and also blue in color. Around the cone/ring are women’s faces and upper torsos with their hands outstretched as if bearing this object on their backs. Their heads are free and move from side to side, and all focus on me as I stare at them.

Cones are of course circular, round or ring shaped.

Ezekiel 1:15 Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.

Ezekiel 1:16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

 I get the feeling that they’re the defenders or something, because their stare is ominous and daunting and very powerful. They aren’t evil, but looking at their faces definitely tells me that were an intruder to attempt to disrupt this flow, he or she would be met with a most deadly fate.

7. As I’m watching this scene, suddenly it’s as if someone turns on the power real strong, and the gentle plasma stream explodes and bursts upward through the ring with the women’s faces on it. They throw their heads back as the energy passes through the center of this ring, and their hands are thrust out further to the sides. It’s like the energy is passing through them as well.
8. I take a quick glance back down at the two gatekeepers, and they have their faces turned away from the flow as if they’re not allowed to look at it, or as if it’s too powerful to look at. Their hair is rocketing in the wind or shock wave behind them as they maintain their positions.
9. Following the stream up through the ring, I see that there are numerous other rings in line with this flow, all with the same faces on them, all blue in color. The energy stream goes straight up, as if these rings were its conduit, and my eyes follow its flow till I can’t see any more.

Ezekiel 1:18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four

Now take a look at the artists rendition of what the channel was looking at: a ring with four faces, four sets of eyes with a plasma stream stretching out above their heads. I also noticed something in verse 17 that made me think that the wheels that Ezekiel saw were not behaving like wheels should, they weren’t moving.

 Ezekiel 1:16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

Ezekiel 1:17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.

11. Around the conduit is a cloud of deep purple and blue, almost like a gas, but it swirls around and around, forming a cone shape as it ascends. This must go for miles, because even though it’s straight up, I can’t see the end of it.

Ezekiel 1:18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four

Ezekiel 1:22 And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. 

12. I’m now standing outside the clouds and cone. I must be very far away, because I see it off in the distance and I can see the entire structure. It’s solid from the outside, with an opening in the top out of which shines this stream of energy. It’s going off into the distance and kind of fades away out of my view.
13. I somehow get the impression that this is only one of these huge generators, and that they all somehow work together to provide an extremely powerful source of energy.

Ezekiel 1:24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

Ezekiel 1:25 And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.

14. Something that’s very strange is that when I was nearer the cone, I was aware of the presence of others around me, but they seemed to be outside these clouds. It seemed that it was some sort of a library, as I got a faint picture of a circular hallway with shelves and inlets around this central power source. The clouds seem to be a way of shielding whoever goes to this library from the energy’s flow. You can’t see it from inside the building, only if you’re inside the actual power generator part.
15. I get the impression that this is a huge storage place for something–the storehouse or the pavilion of the powers of God! Maybe they all need this power source to exist or something, and that’s why they’re so close to this thing.

(The only thing that we absolutely need to exist is the Word of God. We may think we don’t need it, like man on earth today thinks. But earth is dying, the spirit of man is dying for lack of thirst. Man has turned his back on the Library so he and his civilization are disintegrating, imploding. The Letters of David are our Library and by turning our backs on his Words, we too have imploded)

 The whole thing is very powerful and strong and is very carefully guarded. I imagine that the gatekeepers at the base of the stream are very powerful, and with their collective protection, nothing would be able to get through to disturb the flow. And that’s not accounting for the figures on the rings at each level that are not to be messed with either. They’d probably just channel some of that energy your way, and I could see that being the last time you made such an incursion! (End of vision.)

17. (Jesus speaking:) Behold now and see the generators of the power of God! There are many such powerhouses, and this is but the smallest and weakest of all of them. What you see here is the life’s blood for an entire civilization within My Kingdom. This power comes from My Father and is drawn directly into His throne. He powers this civilization with the words He speaks from His mouth. His thoughts are the air that this culture breathes. They exist by this power, it is their life, and without it they would have no energy at all.

Reading from Ezekiel 1:24 And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings…”This power comes from My Father and is drawn directly into His throne. He powers this civilization with the words He speaks from His mouth. His thoughts are the air that this culture breathes. They exist by this power, it is their life, and without it they would have no energy at all.”

:26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

18. This is a rare glimpse into the world beyond the earthly plane you live on–a sneak peek into some of the workings of My spirit world. And yet, it is more; it is a demonstration of the magnitude of My Father’s power and the power of His words.
19. You may think that the words you hear from Me or My Father or other spirit helpers are just direction and counsel, but the truth is, they are backed by more power than you can imagine! When I say I will defend you, I’m saying that with confidence, as I have available to Me every resource in My Father’s Kingdom to come to your defense. These are not hollow words; they’re backed by immense power!

Lisa: This goes along with the new compilation “A Long Awaited Kiss”. Yes, God’s Words are like kisses. The Words of David are weapons too; the Devil can’t fight against the Seven Kisses of David.

 That’s why there’s such great power in My words and in claiming My words–they are the power of the spirit world. They are the life of the unseen worlds that surround you. Without these words there would be nothing; the universe would be empty. There would be no universe. The things you see and hear of are but the tiniest speck within My great Kingdom.

20. This preview is a look at the smallest of the storehouses of the power of God. It is the least among millions, but even so, the power contained therein is more than enough to sustain a million galaxies of life. You have seen a rare sight. Not even the dwellers of this land are able to see within the protective cloud that shields them from the great power of God. Not even they are able to tread the ground where you, My children, have walked with Me today. These are sacred grounds, guarded heavily by My protectors, that none should come near or interfere with the source of My power.

What plans God must have! What a future is waiting for mankind in the mind of God. Jesus said in prophecy recently: ‘I cannot move into the future without the right bride. My bride has to be yielded to Me and My will. That bride must give up her will to the will of her Husband. Otherwise she can’t be trusted, and here’s the example, planet Earth. Willful man went his own way, and look at the destruction he’s wreaked on this one little tiny speck of a planet within the millions of galaxies. Can you imagine if I set this bride free, with this sort of power? No, that can’t happen.’

Why was Jesus given this power? In paragraph 21, Jesus is talking about God when He’s talking about the power, yet God has given the power to His Son. In other words, Jesus is not God, but He holds the power of God, therefore He is as God. When King Jesus tells us to do something, it is like it is coming from God Himself. Now Jesus says to us, I want to share My Kingdom. You can be heirs, joint heirs with Me. But Jesus isn’t going to give joint-heir status to some unfaithful, untested, willful, selfish bride.

Do you see the importance of giving up your will to your Husband? It’s not just about your little life here on earth, He’s talking about eternity. This is unbelievable, Well, of course it’s believable, phenomenal, yet it is beyond our tiny minds to comprehend. We are yet to fully comprehend the immensity of God’s Word and its life-sustaining, indispensable nature.   

Do you see what He’s given us, what He has shown the children of David? These are the Words of David. We walk in hallowed places, by believing in this.

     So you have seen, and now you may believe that great is My power, and great is the force with which I back up My words to you on this day. As you have seen, now believe, and claim My power in your life today to do the impossible, to walk through the closed and barred gates of this world’s systems. Know that yours is that power because you are My lovers and I have placed My ring of marriage upon your finger, directly linking Me to you and you to Me. You have all My power at your fingertips through this gift I have given you.

Do you see why He can’t always allow all of the power of the Keys to be manifested just because we speak the words? It’s because we don’t fully appreciate the power behind those words. Are our requests coming from a selfish heart or are they coming from a selfless heart? By understanding this, then I can only assume or guess that the Key promises that don’t seem to work are those that are outside the will of God, due to self or selfishness. It can’t be God’s will or won’t be God’s will for that certain request to work. It might work a little bit, depending, on your state of being, but you will not be given that full power to use haphazardly…it’s not possible. There is a fail-safe device that stops that sort of thing; it’s called God’s will. So you have to be tested and tested over and over until God knows and you know in your own heart why you are here and why you are serving Jesus. There can be no other reason but to do His will.

23. Yours is this great power to command. Ask of Me and I will rain down My power upon you to fill your life and your ministries, that you may do the seemingly impossible! (End of message from Jesus.)

Conclusion: At the beginning of the chapter, it would seem that the cherubim were escorting this generator of God that was enclosed in an amber colored cloud. And then Ezekiel was taken within the cloud by verse 15 to witness the rest of the vision.
