Jesus Ask Me Everything

Dear MB

Here is another simple class about something everybody knows. It’s kind of humbling to pass it on, but here it is anyway:

Aqua: Ask me what is the next class.

me: Ok, what is the next class?

Aqua: What do I do now?

me: You tell me what the next class is.

Aqua: No, John, that’s the name of the next class.

me: Ok, sorry

Aqua: Jesus says: “My ways are higher than your ways”. Almost always you can be sure that if the next step seems to be the logical, reasonable and obvious next step that it is not of Jesus but of your own mind or one of the enemy’s dangerous detours aimed at derailing you.

me: But what if it is line with past revelations?

Aqua: If you are talking about a revelation received in prophecy that is in line with how Jesus is leading now, that is one thing. What I am talking about is going ahead and doing what seems to be the right thing to you without consulting with the Boss about it, like in “Nothing Short Of Right is Right”.

At the time of the Reboot, many people thought, “Well, if the Family is just going to be an online church that only believes in the Bible, then I am going to do something else”. What should they have done? They should have gotten desperate and asked Jesus, “What do I do now?” Do you see the difference?

Of course, the churchy element said to themselves, “Wow, this is great! I can be an NGO and do good works that everyone will appreciate, and I can get rid of those radical beliefs that I didn’t like anyway and live happily ever after.” Of course this person didn’t ask Jesus, “What do I do now?” either.

What Jesus was looking for was the “What do I do now?” people? Isn’t this what the Words of David were leading us to do ever since “For God Sake Follow God” and “Stop, Look, and Listen” (PDF)? And also in the Maria shall shine Letters with the “Ask Me Everything” series (Pt. 1, (PDF) Pt. 2 (PDF), Pt. 3 (PDF))? The point here is to ask Jesus what to do and what He tells you will probably be different from what you think you should do. Are you a “What do I do now?” person? Are you willing to follow a trail that not many are walking on because they never asked that question?

“My ways are higher than your ways” means that they are not your ways. Ah, that’s the rub! Are you willing to find out and follow Jesus’ way or do you want to follow your way, which really isn’t your way but the wide, really wide, highway that billions are on, going down, down, down.

Only one life, will soon be past, only what’s done for Jesus will last”. Unfortunately many people are doing what they want to do and say that they are doing it for Jesus. But what boss will pay an employee for doing whatever job that employee feels like doing? The employee has to go to his boss and ask “What do I do now?” Are you like most good Christians who go to church to find out what Jesus can do for them or are you a true disciple who is continually going to Jesus and asking him, “What do I do now?” “Only what’s done for Jesus will last.” It will only last if it’s what He asked you to do.

Love, John

Jesus: These are the days you have been preparing for. These are the days when I am raising up My army of the End who will have to be strong in battle!-And that strength has to come from Me. You have to learn to work in the power and anointing of My strength, not in the arm of your flesh. Those who cannot learn to do this will find the work too much, the requirements way beyond their abilities, and they will collapse under the stress and pressure of soldiering.
