BOOK COMPILATION FROM THE WORDS OF DAVID -BY JOHN WEAVER-

Introduction by MB: This is a condensed handbook of counsel taken from the Words of David and compiled by John Weaver.(You can find it in our Wine Cellar under John’s page (PDF)) This handbook is a masterpiece of prophetic insight into how to live the Law of Love, and at the same time, it is a wonderful prerelationship study for young adults. This is the real Book of the Future. The little one that Dad put together about the Endtime is almost fulfilled, except for the section on “The New Heaven and New Earth” of course. This book, however, and others like it, will be on the curriculum for young people coming into adulthood in the very soon-to-come, next millennium. As I said, when I was in school as a young man, sex education classes were given in grade 7; to 12 year olds, and the Jewish religious ritual and family celebration called bar mitzvah” is a time that the family commemorates the religious adulthood of a son, on the eve of his 13th birthday. So look at this as a foundational course in relationship/marital conduct. Here is your golden opportunity to study to show yourself wise in the ways of love, and God willing, in so doing, you may avoid the many mistakes and pitfalls that others have encountered along this exciting, yet at times, difficult-to-maneuver path.  As the world comes out of the “dark ages” and into the Light of the New Millennium, this book will be the starters manual for all those of age. Imagine you were/are privileged to be the first to receive it.

First of all I am going to try and explain a few thoughts I’ve had on this subject. If what I’m about to say here piques your curiosity, then you should undergo a full study of this subject using your Bible –or better still the Words of David– and satisfy your thirst.

When looking at this Law of Love and our attempt at living it, I see we have a long, long ways to go. Our first attempt at living it ended in what many would call failure.  Some blame this failure on Dad, some on the Law itself. You may hear these ones say something like this, “It is after all a perfect Law, and we are not perfect, so it should not have been given to us.” So when should it have been given to us? At a time when we won’t be so human perhaps? But the Law of Love was given by Jesus two thousand years ago and it was intended for every generation that followed. Here is an excerpt from PTFCOD #2.

(Jesus speaking:) I set before each of My children an open door. Each generation, each great movement of My Spirit has come closer and closer, a step at a time–some more quickly and others at a slower pace. With each movement, each generation, new steps have been taken towards greater love, greater freedom, greater awareness, and greater obedience to My Law of Love. Upon you, the Children of David, I bestow the last great honor–the priceless privilege of giving all, of living all, of paving the way into total liberty and the realities of My Spirit. Unto you it is given to know the truths of My Kingdom. Unto you it is given to grow into full stature. Unto you it is given to grow in love, to live in love, that you may teach the world how to love. Unto you, My precious children who know Me and love Me, who come when I call, and who beg to receive My seeds, it is given to live My Law of Love fully. Unto you it is given, as you learn to love, to usher in the Kingdom, to teach the world how to walk in love and live in love and live for love. Unto you it is given to prove that My Law of Love is holy and true, and it does not fail. It cannot fail, for on this Law of Love hangs all the law and all the prophets! (End of message from Jesus.)

MB: This generation, our generation, has almost reached the last day before Jesus returns. This means the Millennial Kingdom of God is up next and during the new millennium, after Satan is locked away,  all the humans still on earth will be expected to live the Law of Love. The Law of natural man will have passed away with the old world. Jesus chose the Children of David to be the pioneers, but we got off to a bad start. Well, that’s not so surprising, seeing as we didn’t have this handbook to read in our bar mitzvah year. So do we just leave the LOL car where it broke down and start walking back home? (That would be back into the world) Or do we repair the problem and get back into the race? Some still insist it is impossible. Well, the Word of God says it’s not. So let’s see who’s right. Here is another excerpt I found in PTFCOD #2.

“Revel in this truth, in this love, for it is My gift of love to you, My faithful children of David. Pity those who could have such love, such freedom, such expression of My Spirit in all aspects of their lives, but who don’t, for their lack of faith and dedication to Me. Let not those who seek to keep the old Law intimidate you, for they are the ones in darkness and in bondage. They are the ones who hold on to their own righteousness, who have not given themselves to Me as you have. They have blocked the flow of My Spirit. They have cut themselves off because they say, “Thus far and no further.”

MB: What is holding up the application of the Law of Love in your life? A number of things perhaps, but if it is because you can’t forgive those that hurt you –way back in those early days when we were all so inexperienced in such matters of the heart– then the Words of David I just quoted are telling you that you are still living in the Old Law era. And why is that? Because you want retribution, an eye for an eye. You want to be vindicated. You are the one that continues to pull down the Law of Love, saying it is not possible, and it doesn’t work. Yet God’s Word in the New Testament of His love says all things are possible. It says “Love covers the multitude of sins,” even your sin of lack of forgiveness. You may be right in that someone was unloving and didn’t apply this beautiful Holy Law correctly, yet in your unforgiveness you are perhaps the greater sinner; you are breaking the Law of Love.

So Whose love are we sharing? Yes, it’s God’s love, isn’t it? It is not our own, unless of course  we are guided by Him, but then again, it wouldn’t be ours, would it? It would be His.

It comes down to our nature –without God our nature is primarily selfish. If your nature is not selfish, then you have God’s nature, which is love.

If we are not being guided by God’s love (The Word) then we are being guided by our emotions (feelings). Love is a spirit and a spirit is similar to an emotion –something that you can’t understand. That is why He gives us His Word –to guide our poor, blind, fumbling emotions. I want to briefly touch on the subject that is often brought up, and that is, “Why is the LOL so painful?” It is pretty simple really; giving and acting selfless run contrary to human nature. Now please don’t say, “Then why didn’t God take that emotion away?” Surely you know enough of the Words of David to answer that one yourself.

The LOL pushes against the very nature of man. It pushes against his pride first of all. It pushes against his independence and self determination. You could say it threatens his personal freedom to choose his own path in life. The LOL is asking us not to yield to our selfish nature. When you look at this Law closely you may come to the wrong conclusion and think that we don’t actually have majesty of choice. Well, you are not looking deeply enough. If we are not choosing God’s will (His Word) over our own will, then we are making the wrong choice. Up to this point in time, man has been pretty much given free rein and dominion over this planet. His choices of self-determination, as we are seeing, have not been in line with the Law of Love. How do I know this? –Correct, by the fruit that has been produced. It is a rotten tree.

What two laws supersede all other laws? Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. This document we are reading is about how to love your neighbor, the second commandment. Yet how can we do that if we do not love God with all our heart, soul and mind?  So really this document is about loving God, (His Word), because you can’t love your neighbor without first loving God, (His Word). So how could we throw this document to the curb?

Can man actually be happy living the Law of Love?

When speaking of the Law of Love, we often hear quoted how so many people were hurt through the actions of selfish behavior, but there are always two sides to every  coin. Let me give an example of what I’m trying very hard to get at here.  Kaye sent this to me just yesterday. It is a life story of sorts, but I believe it shows how multi-faceted the diamond is. We really can’t be closed-minded about the things that happen in our lives, whether good or bad. The Key of Romans 8:28 is a wonderful key, as it always has a beautiful end result, if you can simply apply it in faith and patience to the lock of your life.

Comment from Kaye: My grandmother got a terminal illness, and forced her husband to divorce so that he could have his and the kids needs met. So the kids (my mother) had to have the stigma that their parents divorced. But what if they could have lived and loved together, taking on a second wife, until the first one passed away? (end of comment)

Some would say that Grandmother’s actions were very selfless, but Kaye’s point, based on the Law of Love, says that the grandmother’s action was self-oriented. Why? Because she couldn’t bear the thought of sharing something she loved. She would rather kill it than share it.  And I believe this is the other side of the coin. Being selfish and self-gratifying in a relationship does not edify, and neither does possessiveness, jealousy or holding onto someone so tightly that it actually suffocates the love between the two people. If Grandma and Grandpa had stayed together and lived out their lives as happily as possible, considering the situation, the kids would have Mom, and Dad would too, but Dad would also have another love that would be there to satisfy his immediate needs and take over the reins when Mom passed on to her reward.

I guess it comes down to the fact –if you believe this Law of Love is the Word of God and therefore what it is saying in this handbook is truth, then you should also believe that there is a way to live it. Of course, this is not an easy law to live. But as I said in the beginning of this introduction, if you don’t know where to go from here, then pull out the Bible and MO letters along with the Keys and the living Word manual and find out, and if forgiveness is the first step then pull out those Keys and take it. You are the only one being hurt, yet it is in your hand to do something about it.

We are all in the same boat here, and we should know that when in a row boat, if you suddenly stand up, it rocks the boat.  So why don’t we all sit down quietly and see if we can pick up those two oars, faith and works, and start making headway.

I have one more thing to share before we start today; it is a prophecy from one of our young people. I believe it should fit in here quite well.

Question: But, Jesus, even if I choose Your will…it still hurts.

“That’s why it takes trust and at times a steeling of yourself. This might seem cruel to you, but the human mind is naturally selfish and I can’t use that. A selfish, unsacrificial heart is no good to Me. The hurt breaks that down and makes you soft and compassionate, less interested in seeking satisfaction for yourself. You must give yourself up to break and be crushed by Me. It’s how you at last can connect to My loving Spirit… Yes, it hurts and I’m sorry, My love, but you have to remember that I know better than you and I know what you need in your life better than you. You can’t understand everything right now and that’s part of the test, but you must have faith and say to Me: “Though you slay me, yet I will trust You.” This is beautiful to Me and you will see one day the beauty that it brought forth in your life. I know you don’t want to live for yourself…it’s just hard, so hard to give up everything all the time and I understand, but like the road I walked, so is yours. Be My disciple and follow Me, taking up your cross. So the servant is like the Master…be My servant and I’ll make you a bride and then we can be lovers forever. I’ll never leave you broken by yourself…I love you I love you.” (end)

And this is from dear Dad: That’s the long and short of it: you have to let go of what you want, to do what the Lord wants. (That means all your negative, human emotions if need be)

Jesus speaking: Behold the beautiful treasure that I have given unto the children of David: treasure and riches that have never been known, this treasure of the Law of Love! Such freedom and such love the world has never known! Such beauty in My eyes–this Law of Love! I would that you would glory in this Law of Love, that you would be proud of this Law of Love, that you would not only speak of it, but that you would practice it and live it and enjoy it to the full! For this Law of Love is the very essence of the freedom of My Spirit, and the abundance of My Love that I have given to the children of David–such beauty and such love and such freedom, such as the world has never seen!

One of the foundation principles that I’ve given to the children of David through their father is the Law of Love. This is a unique and precious treasure that few understand, and even fewer have ever tried to live. The message of the Law of Love is one of the things that has set the children of David apart from others who believe in Me, and even serve Me, preach the Gospel, hear from Me in prophecy, exercise the gift of healing, and believe in the nearness of the Endtime. So very, very few Christians understand, believe, and are willing to accept to live My Law of Love fully. That’s because people today, even many of My Own children, have made a god out of their own bodies. Many have set sex and marriage even above Me. They’re self-righteous, thinking they know better, and they’ve withheld from Me these things which are precious to them. They’ve set these things apart; they’ve not allowed Me to touch them. They’ve not been willing to share them or set them on the altar of sacrifice. Many of My Christian children in the world have given Me their hearts in part, their lives in part, their service in part, their testimony in part. But so very few have been willing to give Me everything–even their marriages, their bodies, and their sexual practices. They’re so foolish, so weak and immature. Just like little children, they have so little faith, and so they keep these things to themselves. But the children of David are strong in truth. Much has been given to them that has not been given to any others.

My Law of Love is that which sets apart the children of David from My other children. Not only is it radical, free and unconventional, but it’s difficult, and it’s only for the strongest. It separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls. It separates the soldiers from the civilians, and even separates the avant-garde, the elite troops, from the regular troops. You fear that you’ll never be able to live and practice these meaty doctrines; but I tell you that you can and that you are able, for I will be able through you. The fact that you’ve not given up, that you’ve not turned your back on My service, and that you’ve not turned your back on the Words and teachings of David proves that you are a strong soldier and that you belong here, in the elite troops. And if you belong here, if this is your destiny and your mission, then believe Me that I will make it possible for you to finish the training and that you will pass the grade and graduate with honors. It’s tough, it takes time to graduate from officers’ training, but once you do, you’ve gained something that nobody can take away from you! I know it’s hard, I know it’s painful. You feel like you want to give up trying and like you’re not going to make it, but I want you to make it! As you love Me, as you spend time loving Me and becoming filled with Me, thus will I be able to fill you with My love, My seeds, My truths, My thoughts, My views, and thus will you be able to see things as I see them. When you can see things the way that I see them, then although your natural man may struggle and buck against it, you’ll be able to fight, knowing that you’re doing the right thing, and knowing that I will give you the strength for it.” (PTFCOD #2)

Jesus: If I am to have full control of you, you must give Me your mind, heart and soul.  (ML3376) (end)
