(Bridge from Part 4) In Part 4, we saw that da’at is not something that can be contained in words or reduced to knowledge. It is a living union—a grafting where two become one. We saw that rebirth restores this original knowing, that the light within the soul is waiting to awaken, and that the Keys open the doors of the spiritual mind into the Mind of God. But if da’at is this intimate union between God and the soul, then we must ask: what did the soul know before it entered this world, and what happened to that knowing? Part 5 takes us deeper into the mystery of the soul, its connection with God before birth, and the veil that hides what was once known.
How da’at becomes “the mind of Christ” in early Jewish‑Christian mysticism
Before Christianity became Greek and philosophical, it was Jewish and mystical. The earliest followers of Jesus—especially the Jewish ones—understood Him through da’at, not through later *metaphysics. (*No belief required—just reasoning.)
Here’s how they framed it: Da’at = union-knowledge—not feeling, but knowing, a fact, which comes through imbibing the Word. Any other way is pure self-effort. In Jewish mysticism, Chokhmah is a flash of wisdom, Binah is understanding, and Da’at is union, interpenetration, shared essence. Da’at is not “thinking.” Da’at is being joined. It is the deepest form of yada—the knowing that creates.
Jesus embodied perfect da’at
Early Jewish-Christian mystics believed Jesus lived in unbroken da’at—perfect union with God. Not because He “knew about” God, but because He was one with God in da’at. This is why He says: “I and the Father are one.” “The Father is in Me, and I in Him.” “I do nothing of Myself.” “The Son can do nothing except what He sees the Father doing.” Those are da’at statements.
Full Possession (Feast 2002)
(paragraph 7)I need to take full possession of you–not in scattered moments here and there, but I want to possess you fully and completely all the time. I want and need to have full control in your lives–full possession. This is what is necessary for you to be able to open up and use the new gift I will put in your hands –you must let Me possess you. I want to give you this gift (gift of heavenly thought power), yet for you to be able to open it and put it to use, I must possess you.(end)
MB Prophecy August 2026: You’ve been looking at full possession from back to front. In paragraph 7 I said, you must make the first move; this means you have to do the work. (2 Timothy 2:15) I’m not going to just come along and jump into you. You have to entice My spirit by feeding on Me; this is what I mean by making the first move. You always have to make the first move. You have to keep moving toward Me every day by applying the Seven Thunders. You have to live in the Word, and by doing that, the Word lives in you, just as the analogy says in paragraph 9: the batteries are not included…the Walkman has to have live batteries in it all the time. That is when you truly walk the walk—man.
How to Bring About Your Destiny!
(Full Possession paragraph 9) Consider all I have spoken to you, My loves. Do you think the feats I have said you will perform and your role as My chosen of the End (PDF) are possible without giving yourselves completely to Me?(Put in the batteries) If I am to live, think, and move in you at My will, to perform greater miracles in these Last Days, do you think that this is possible unless I have full control? No, it is not. This is the crux of the matter, My loves—I must have full control, full possession.(end)
Rebirth = entering Jesus’ da’at
Paul (a Jewish mystic before he was a Christian) says: “We have the mind of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 2) He does not mean we think like Jesus, imitate Jesus, or follow Jesus’ teachings; he means we enter the same da’at Jesus lived in. In other words, you are not just repeating what Jesus said—lots of people do that. You aren’t just imitating Jesus—lots of people do that too, but lack the true spirit. Lots of people follow the teaching, mostly in part, but to truly follow the teaching, a person has to live it; it has to become a part of them.
Rebirth = the soul reconnecting to the original union (da’at) through the One who never lost it.
This is why Jesus says: “Abide in Me.” “I in you, and you in Me.” This is da’at language.
MB Prophecy, Jesus speaking: You have it; it’s there, and it’s been there all along. I restored da’at two thousand years ago, and it is there for any man desiring to reconnect to the source. Salvation is a free gift. Once saved, always saved, is what the Word says.
Born Again Are You? (ML#1955)
Salvation is forever! Once saved, you are always saved, because God cannot lie or go back on His Word! God doesn’t change His mind! Once you’ve received Jesus Christ and you believe on Him as your Saviour, you are a saved child of God and you’re going to live forever! Once you are “born again” as His child, you will always be His child! You can’t be unborn!
MB Prophecy continues: But it doesn’t say that of our intimate relationship. I can put a ring on your finger, but if you don’t work on our relationship, it will eventually crumble. There are examples right throughout My Word on this subject; I’ve pleaded continually for My brides to work on their relationship with Me. The physical examples are there in the world for everyone to see and experience…and yet?
You work hard on anything in the physical world, and it will render dividends, even if nothing else but the ability to work hard.
I have restored da’at, the broken link between man and God. If man rejects the link, which the majority have, then, like cancer, sin consumes the man and the world he lives in. You may look at the world and wonder how saved are all those Christians out there—are they saved? Well, yes, they are, but as I have pointed out in the Words of David and now in this study, if you don’t work on our relationship by spending more time with Me than in the world, then very, very soon you start to look like the world.
So, although this is an interesting study, and it seems to be a new truth—it’s not. You’ve had the truth for years and years. David removed the rubble and presented you with the truth in the MO letters; they were expounded upon in the Maria letters, and now you are polishing the already mined and cut gems and pearls.

What really ticked the Jewish elders off was Me saying, My Father and I are One. I wasn’t saying I am The Father; I was saying, we are one. I think like My Father, I think His thoughts, I do His will…so simple, nothing difficult about the concept, right?
Yet the Jews reject the concept to this day, as do the Muslims. They stick to the old law and refuse to believe that I am the Son of God, the only begotten of the Father. They are deeply steeped in their own self-righteousness. They believe in themselves; they think they can reach the Father without Me, in effect saying they can do what I claim I did.
“And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:” Luke 18:9
They despised the simple carpenter—cum Son of God—who said He was the truth, the way to the Father; who said that their laws and the keeping of them, no matter how perfectly, would not save them.
I am not offering you My place as the Son of God, but I am offering you the door to da’at, total possession. Which means Me possessing you, filling you with My power, us becoming one as My Father and I are One.
I am not as the Scribes and Pharisees, the Muslims and the “Old Church” who withhold da’at from the people, they who refuse to go in themselves and stop others from going through the veil and into a spiritual union-knowledge with the Father.
“Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.”

If I am to live, think, and move in you at My will, to perform greater miracles in these Last Days, do you think that this is possible unless I have full control? No, it is not. This is the crux of the matter, My loves–I must have full control, full possession.
Prophecy: How do you give yourself completely to Me? It is a process that you have to dedicate yourself to. You have to be 100% convinced that this is what you want to do with your life, like someone who wants to win gold at the Olympics, or who wants to be a millionaire etc. All the promises are there in the Words of David. They are for you, if you want them. No one just walks in the door one day and wins gold. Gold comes out of the fire of dedication and a desire to forsake-all…just to have that gold in hand. One by one you let go of or push away those things in your life that stop you from giving yourself completely to Me. As those obstacles to gold come up in your life, you let go or push them away. The broken link restored
Sin breaks da’at. Jesus restores da’at. Mystics say: “The mind of Christ is da’at restored.” Not intellect. Not doctrine. Not belief. Not a work of self-righteous flesh. But full possession, shared essence, “knowing” each other by being joined as one. That is the “mind of Christ.”
How the soul remembers God before birth and after rebirth
This is one of the most beautiful ideas in Jewish mysticism. Before birth, the soul sees God. The Talmud says: “Before a child is born, the soul sees God and learns the entire Torah.” (Niddah 30b) Mystics expand this: the soul stands in God’s presence, the soul knows God directly, the soul remembers the light, the soul agrees to its mission, the soul descends into the womb. This is the first da’at—the original union. This is the “light in every man who comes into the world.”
At birth, the soul forgets. Mystics say: “An angel touches the child’s lip and it forgets.”
This is why humans have longing, hunger, spiritual ache, nostalgia for something they can’t name, a sense of “home” they’ve never seen. It is the soul remembering what it forgot.
When I came to Earth‚ I underwent a sort of memory wipe. I couldn’t have gone through what I needed to go through, and have learned what I needed to learn in order to be your High Priest, if I had been all-knowing at the time and had never needed My Father’s help, and had never felt what it was like to be in need of answers, guidance, and instruction. Celeste speaking: You’ve got to be a baby to go to Heaven, and you have to have the mind of a child where faith has a safe and secret place to be nurtured. The world goes to work on a child’s mind very quickly to destroy the mystical magic and belief in an unseen world. It buries or erases the memory traces of mighty warriors who battle monsters and of beautiful maidens and strange but wonderful creatures that fly and talk and of mighty kings that rule their kingdoms in love.
These thoughts that the world calls fantasy still linger in the mind of a child fresh from Heaven and there are whole battalions of demons commissioned to memory wipe children as quickly as possible after coming to Earth. Many MO letters give the reader a touch of that Heavenly life and were created to put the reader back in touch with their roots.
The Bible can do that too, but the MO letter series as well as the Maria letter series were a concerted effort to wash out the world in the hearts and minds of all those that read them, and replace those worldly thoughts with thoughts of the magical unseen world of the spirit.
You may have noticed that much of what children are fed today is still on the fanciful side, but is laced with such utter foolish thoughts and foolish talk that you would think that children are stupid creatures that need to be talked to as if they were dumb beasts. It is even called dumbing down. The reality is those demons have found a way to whitewash the Heavenly culture that is in all children. They want children to grow up in the ways of the world and not in faith in the unseen. (End)
In life: the spark remains… This spark is the memory of God.
Even though the soul forgets, the spark of da’at remains and can be recognized as our conscience, intuition, the “still, small voice,” the pull toward God, the ache for meaning, and the sense of destiny. The spark, or light that is in us, is what drew us to the Words of David initially and continues to do so, but only in those who continue reading God’s Word is the spark at least kept alive. Only the Words of David have the power to bring about our destiny.
MB Prophecy August 2026: Satan is as someone stamping out the remains of a bonfire. Night has fallen, and out of the darkness comes the wind; it strengthens as the night deepens. Satan sees the tiny, sparkling embers racing along the ground as if being chased by an unseen hand. He greatly fears the threat of another wildfire, similar to the great fire that was ignited by My prophet David and which swept uncontrollably across the world in the days prior to these days of tribulation.
He’s seen furiously stamping and stomping at the twirling, swirling embers as they’re lifted up, up, up and out of the reach of his insane dance. As diamonds of dust, they flurry away into the night. He can’t stop My reign; he can’t extinguish My sparks.
The fireflies of David, embers from that once great fire, are passing through the veil, out of reach of the wicked one’s crazy stomping, tromping boots. The last few embers, the remnant, are being swept up by the rising wind and lifted into the spirit, out of reach of the mad prince’s frenzied dance.
Fear not, My tenacious few. Stay there in your cave, where the winds of the End have blown your little embers out of harm’s way. His troops cannot see you glowing there in the darkness. Be of good courage. If you stay where I’ve blown you, you will not be stomped out by the crazies. Your time will come to fully pass out of this world, but it is not yet. You must hold on; you must allow Me to fan your little ember to keep it burning brightly for Me.
I know it is dark, and I know it seems your insignificant ember could not possibly ignite a forest fire large enough to destroy the dark forces that rampage across this world. But just as I had My time to shine through you and your brethren before the rise of the antichrist, now it is time for Satan’s boys to burn for him. And just as it came time for My fire to burn down and the time of gross darkness to come upon the world, so it will come that Satan and his crazies will be extinguished and be blown away by the rising wind.
As your brethren, the diamonds of David, pass through the veil, they join the millions of glowing embers from past generations to create a mighty, unstoppable army. Your time will come, but for now, be a strong little firefly for your Jesus. For now, you are trapped on that side of the veil, but know for a surety that your prayers pass through and have ignited a great and mighty forest fire that will soon sweep through the veil to burn upon the earth for one thousand years. In rebirth: the soul remembers again
The mystics say rebirth is “the soul remembering what it knew before it entered the body.” Rebirth is not “new information.” It is remembering the original union. This is why Jesus says: “My sheep know My voice.” They know it because they heard it before birth, they forgot it, they hear it again in rebirth, and they recognize it.
Rebirth = da’at restored = memory awakened. It is framed by the mystics as the nefesh cleansed, the ruach calmed, the neshama rising, and da’at reconnecting. In other words, the soul remembers God; the light shines again. This is why Jesus says: “You must be born again.”
He is saying: “Return to the union you had before the world touched you.”
Da’at is the original union between God and the soul. Sin veils that union. Jesus restores it. The mind of Christ is da’at fully awakened. Rebirth is the soul remembering God again. The light in every person is the spark of that memory.
This is why reincarnation makes sense to many mystics—not because the soul “returns,” but because the soul remembers.
Where Do Babies Come From? (ML#794)
People do come back & are helpful to someone, like Abrahim is to me. He is with me all the time, virtually incarnated in me! (My Guardian Gypsy Angel!) I never go any place without him. He travels with me. In a sense, I’m his vehicle now just like his body was before.
But see, the difference between that & their Oriental kind of reincarnation is that they believe you can come back as animals or insects or anything, & that you don’t know who or what you were before! But so far, my experience with the helpful spirits has been that they all know exactly who they are, & they’re not pretending to be me!
Being possessed of the holy spirit is a form of reincarnation-you know what I mean? Any type of incarnation of any spirit working in a human body to which it does not normally nor originally belong, is in a sense a form of reincarnation. This spirit-possession is even taught by some of the established churches. Of course they’ve gotten pretty much away from it, except for the Pentecostals.(end of ML excerpt)
Reincarnation (from Issues Pt 5 ML#3322)
Reincarnation is a fairly broad term and has been used to describe many belief systems and theories. Let’s examine some of these more closely. There are the Oriental theories about spirits being reborn thousands of times, in a variety of vehicles—anything from humans to insects. This is not what happens in the spiritual realm. Heavenly “human” souls are destined to inhabit Earthly “human” bodies.
There is the fact that departed spirits are often assigned to guide or assist a living human–what you refer to as spirit helpers or spirit guides. These have the ability to inhabit your body to some extent, as your Father David described. They are able to show you the things they have seen and speak through your mouth. They are also able to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh and of the Earth to some degree–such as when you eat, drink, or have sex. This is a common experience, and many times when people have such an experience they think that they must have had a previous life, and that this is what causes them to feel that now they have two personalities, or a double life in a sense. This could be considered a form of reincarnation, but it is not actually the same spirit that lived on Earth inhabiting a new body. It is the spirit that once lived on Earth merging to some degree with another spirit that is now inhabiting a human body.
Then there is what you could call the one true form of reincarnation: when a spirit that has previously lived on Earth returns to Heaven at the time of their physical death, and then returns to Earth in a new body. This happens occasionally. I am able to do anything and everything, and there have been times when I have chosen to do this–either because it was necessary to fulfill My will or because the spirit who had gone to Earth pleaded to be sent again. In most cases where I allow this, it is because someone has not had a chance to fully live out their Earth life. Their life was cut short through illness, accident, murder, or abortion, and they desire to return to Earth in order to receive more earthly training through taking a direct hand in spreading My love and winning souls to Me.(end of ML excerpt)
How Jewish mystics describe the soul’s pre-birth vision of God
Jewish mysticism teaches that before entering the body, the soul stands in a realm of pure divine light. This is not metaphor—it’s a literal mystical anthropology.
The soul’s pre-birth experience is that it sees God directly (panim el panim—face to face). It learns the entire Torah—not the book, but the cosmic pattern. It knows its mission for earth-life. It agrees to descend. It is kissed by God—the spark of Neshama. It is sent into the womb through the channels of the sefirot. The Talmud says: “The child in the womb sees from one end of the world to the other.” Mystics interpret this as the soul remembering eternity before it enters time.
But when the soul enters the body, an angel touches its lip. It forgets the vision. The memory becomes a spark, and the spark becomes the “light in every man who comes into the world.”
This is the mystical basis for Jesus’ statement in John 1.
Where Do Babies Come From? (ML#794)
But it (a Mormon lecture) pictured these new spirits in heaven as children, just the way I have seen Techi!–As young children! (Maria: You mean not little babies?) No! As young children! It was just as though they had been given some little preliminary preparation in the spirit world before coming!
(Maria: but then why would they forget most of that, you know, like when they come back to be little babies? …) Well Honey, now who knows just what you mean by “forget“? (Maria: Yeah, it must have some influence on you, huh?) A lot of people, you know, have this old experience about feeling like you’re in a place that you’ve been before, & you’ve come back.
Maybe in that previous experience the lord conditions their future reactions, Maybe the Lord’s sending them on this secret mission, & He briefs them like children. This would certainly have some kind of influence, even if it’s subconsciously, it would have an influence.(end)
