On the 13th day of this 6th month of June, Ghana (a country in West Africa) began it’s 6th census…or numbering of its people. Which is something King David once tried…see results in 1 Chronicles 21. Here is an interesting insight: 6th census, 6th month 13th day…Read Revelation 13, last verse…which is all about 666 and numbering the people. A coincidence?

Azoria…a blue angel

“Whom have I in Heaven but Thee? And there is none upon Earth that I desire above Thee. If I were to dwell on this Earth forever more, or if I were to make My bed in Hell, I would still be happy—because I have You. If I were to take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there, would You lead me to Joy, and Your hands would embrace me. For You are my portion continually, and with You are true joys forever more!”

Virginia Brandt:

You can go here, and you can go there. You can take the wings of the morning and fly all the way up to Heaven—but if the Lord is not there in your heart and mind,  you will still be discontent, for only He can fill your longings, your dissatisfaction. You long for Heaven and Home, being tired of this world and its foolishness. You wish to run free in the spirit, no longer tied to the flesh and all its limitations! You wish to experience all the wonders and sights and sounds of the World to come…But my dear…you have forgotten the Source of true happiness. You think that if you were to go to Heaven, you would be happy and fulfilled. But I tell you that only in being in the Lord’s highest will, can you be truly happy. Did you know that there are some Here that have not fully yielded to what the Lord wants to do with them, and they are not yet happy—even up Here! Because happiness and contentment are not found in places and things. They’re found in our Lover’s arms! If you’ll go where He wants you to go, or stay where He wants you to stay—for  however long—and do it with a smile, yielding all, then you will be truly happy. It is not where you are: Heaven, Hell, Earth, or In-Between. It is where your heart is, where your love is. If you run to Him in your dissatisfaction, then He will fill you up. But if you keep looking over the fence and wishing you had some of that seemingly greener grass of Heaven, then you’ll never be satisfied really—even if the Lord was to bring you Here and let you taste it. It’s not where you are that makes you happy. Only Jesus can fill that hole, the hole of happiness.

Man is never content. Why? Because he is looking for his input in all the wrong places. Notice that? Places. People travel to get away from it all, to go and see and feel places that are seemingly more beautiful, more exciting; but that is not where it’s at. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

There is no happier place than in the arms of Jesus, safe on His gentle breast. Here no fears can alarm me, here I can find sweet rest.

Heaven, Hell—it does not matter to me! For only when I am where He wants me to be, will I find the joy that I so long to see.

Rest, oh my soul, for thou art where He wants you to be—seek not to be loosed from your service. For He knows the number of your days; He knows when it is your time to come Home. You have the desire to depart, and be with Christ, but to abide in the flesh is more needful for you. For you shall not depart until you have shown His strength unto this generation, and His power that is to come to everyone .

“It’s not where you are that makes you happy. Only Jesus can fill that hole, the hole of happiness.”
